Pricing and Value Added Tax

Order Cancellation
The merchant, F ONLINE, reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 days of purchase. Customers may also cancel their orders within 24 hours of payment if the order was placed by mistake and has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse or shipped to the customer. Return of Made-to-Order Products
All products not specifically marked with the "from stock" label are made-to-order and are tailored specifically to your preferences. While stock products are returnable, made-to-order items come with a specific return policy. In the event of a return or refusal of a made-to-order product, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Customers have the option to pay a 30% deposit at the time of order and the remaining 70% prior to shipping. This can be done via bank transfer or a payment link provided by us. Please note, in the case of cancellation, return, or refusal of the made-to-order product, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.
