Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the order volume, delivery location, and the delivery option chosen. To view the shipping price for your items, please enter your postal code on the checkout page. This will display the available shipping options and their prices for your location.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard delivery: Larger items are delivered by delivery truck or van to the nearest accessible point to the first door that a pallet jack can reach. Moving items from the vehicle to inside is not included. Smaller items are sent to you by post.
• White glove delivery: For larger items, we offer a premium service where goods are delivered by truck or van, carried into your preferred room, unpacked, assembled, and the packaging material is removed.

Prices for these delivery options can be found on the checkout page, after you enter your postal code.

Delivery Location

We offer delivery services across Latvia. If your postal code is not found, please reach out to us at info@feydom.com for assistance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Made-to-order items require 6 to 8 weeks for standard delivery and 7 to 9 weeks for White Glove delivery. White Glove delivery times are longer due to the delivery company's transport schedules throughout Latvia.

For in-stock items, delivery times range from 2 to 14 days, varying by your location and the delivery company's schedule.
