General Conditions
The refund conditions for made-to-order items differ greatly from the refund conditions of items purchased from stock. We encourage you to thoroughly review this policy before completing your purchase.
Return and Refund of Made-to-Order Items
For made-to-order items (those not in stock but manufactured specifically for you), if the return is accepted, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The remaining 70% will be refunded to the original payment method within 21 days of return acceptance. You may initiate return of made-to-order items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

You may initiate return of items purchased from stock within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the return is accepted, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 21 days of return acceptance.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase. This can be an invoice, receipt, or online order confirmation, ensuring that the item is returned to the original seller.
Item Condition
Returned products must be unused and in "as new" condition, exactly as it was upon delivery. Items will be inspected upon return, and if the condition does not meet our "as new" standard, the return may not be accepted, or the refund amount may be adjusted based on the estimated damage.
Packaging
Items delivered in their original packaging must be unassembled and prepared for secure transport for pickup. If the item was delivered, unpacked, and assembled in your room, ensure it remains unused and protect its "as new" condition until it is picked up by the delivery company.
