Heim
Heim is a fabric with a soft velvety feel and shine that adds depth to its colours. Up close you’ll notice a lightly textured weave beneath the plush chenille surface giving the fabric a rich layered appearance.
Velvet Light and ShadeThe velvety surface creates subtle variations of light and shade. Brushing the fabric gently can slightly change its appearance.
RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE
To maintain the same appearance of the material over a long period of time, you should follow the correct cleaning instructions we have outlined.
Additionally,
- Loose fibers collected on the surface of the fabric, called “pilling” are common to every fabric and will stop over time. They can be removed with a pill shaver or pill comb.
- Fabric stretching or loosening of the covers may occur after frequent use and can be countered by tightening the removable covers and gently smoothing them by hand.
- Pulled threads are to be expected if fabric is caught on sharp objects.
